We have a requirement to integrate Zoom with ServiceNow, specifically to receive data when a Zoom Workspace is reserved. To achieve this, we explored the Zoom Spoke plugin and successfully authenticated the connection and received responses from Zoom for the available trigger object.
However, as shown in the screenshot below, the "Trigger object" dropdown does not include an option for Workspace. Since our use case depends on capturing workspace reservation events.
Does anyone have prior experience with this integration or know how we might enable or configure support for Workspace events in the Zoom Spoke?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
