Hi @sora090
(In English)
Since you’re already working on ServiceNow development, I’d suggest focusing on clearing the CAD certification first.
CAD Tips:
1. Go Through the course content till your concept is clear.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) Learning Path
2. Certified Application Developer (CAD) Exam Blueprint for syllabus
3. Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
- Practice lots of mock question with Correct Answer
- Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice (if you have access) : https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
- If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
- Once you are confident , Schedule the exam and Go for it.
Note: Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam.

As you’ve already cleared CIS-DF, which is a prerequisite for CIS-ITSM, you can pursue CIS-ITSM once you’ve completed CAD.
CIS-ITSM tips:
1. First complete "IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals - English - Zurich" course. Always try to relate everything with your working instance if you are working in servicenow project.
2. For Free mock/practice questions, make sure you are validating the answer and it is correct
Once you’ve completed CIS-ITSM, you can pursue certifications in SecOps or CSM, depending on your area of interest. Both are in demand in the market and can help you expand your ServiceNow expertise and career opportunities.
