When using "Visual task boards", sometimes "Work Notes" is hidden and only "Additional Comments" is displayed even though I have not pressed ”show one journal field" button.

When using "Visual task boards", sometimes "Work Notes" is hidden and only "Additional Comments" is displayed even though I have not pressed ”show one journal field"  button. Does anyone know when this situation is created unintentionally?

ACLでWork noteが書き込みできない場合は、Work noteは非表示になります。
他の原因かもしれません。
たくさんの情報と再現方法があれば原因がわかるかもしれません。

If the work note cannot be written due to the ACL, the work note will be hidden.
It could be another cause.
With a lot of information and a way to reproduce it, we may be able to find the cause.
