Hello SNUG Members!

It’s hard to believe that Knowledge 2024 is less than two weeks away. I wanted to provide an important update about ways for SNUG members to connect this year at the event!

Sessions are filling up, but you can still add sessions to your agenda. If you are registered to attend, you can access the complete catalog to build your custom agenda. Please consider adding one or more of the SNUG Meetups we have planned in the Community Pavilion (available in Session Builder). Space is limited, but there are still some spots left if you would like to meet with SNUG Leaders and other community members:

  • Tuesday May 7, 11:15am-11:45am - 10 things you didn't know you have: SNUG Program - Hear from our experts on 10 platform features that are available no matter what licensing entitlements you have
  • Tuesday May 7, 1:30 pm– 2:00pm - Generative AI for ITSM  SNUG Program - Lead by Philadelphia SNUG Leader Michael Cavallo, join this discussion about how Generative AI can supercharge processes, automate tasks, and align technology with your business goals.
  • Wednesday May 8, 12pm – 12:30pm - Customer Participation Opportunities: SNUG Program- Panel Discussion with Key SNUG Leaders Hosted by Tracy O’Brien
  • Wednesday May 8, 3:45pm – 4:15pm - Unveiling the Power of ServiceNow User Groups: Insights from the Netherlands SNUG
  • Thursday May 9, 12:00pm – 12:30pm - SNUG Program, Network and Connect: - Join the discussion lead by Tony Di Perna, SNUG Leader for South Florida, to discuss ways to accelerate business outcomes by engaging with other local SNUG members.

The SNUG area is located in the Community area of the Expo. CLICK HERE to see everything we are planning with and for the entire community and to help us celebrate the 10th year of CreatorCon! We have MANY interesting and engaging activities in the area- so plan to spend some time engaging with the sessions and labs, the Hackzone, the Hack4Good area, and much more.

There are areas throughout the Community area of the Expo to meet with other SNUG members- once you collect your badge ribbon, you can identify members of your local SNUG community!

Join us for the third annual SNUG treasure hunt! We will be hiding 3 glass orbs each day throughout the Expo floor with the additional specialty Orb on the last day. Visit the SNUG area of the community to see what one looks like when you collect your SNUG ribbon! If you find one, come by so I can take your picture! Read about  The Treasure Hunters of Block Island in The New York Times article or see the video on CBS News! The owner of the Glass Station Studio and Gallery in Rhode Island started the “Glass Float Project” - hiding glass “orbs” throughout Block Island for people to find and collect.  Join the Treasure Hunt this year! *I will not be posting hints but will try to keep track of how many are found daily. The orbs WILL NOT BE PLACED under furniture or in planters- please use care in moving or touching areas of the Expo if participating in the hunt.

Please come by the SNUG area to pick up your SNUG ribbon(s) and:

  • Sign up or learn more about presenting at or hosting a future SNUG event
  • See where our SNUGs are located on the Global SNUG Map
  • Sign up to start your own SNUG Meetup in the US or Canada

CLICK HERE if you have general questions about attending Knowledge Our strategic events team members will reply to your inquiries.

If you have not yet registered, it’s not too late! Register today!

I hope to see you there!
