Abstract:
Join Lucy Greco as she shares her research, experiences, triumphs, and challenges with technology as a blind person. Lucy is a Web Accessibility Analyst from the University of California. She and her team are leading the University of California to a new, accessible future. In this session, Lucy will discuss a summary of findings from early accessibility testing she has done on ServiceNow's New York version. She will also speak of where ServiceNow has improved in later versions as well as where improvement is still needed. Lastly, she will share tips for universities to create a culture of web accessibility across their campuses.
