Abstract: When managing software development, choosing between ServiceNow’s Agile Module or the Project Portfolio Management module can be confusing for those moving to a SCRUM methodology. Geneia’s journey using SCRUM is reliant on ServiceNow Agile module, yet it didn’t mean forgoing PPM use. An overview of a blended approach for managing development is crucial for measuring a product’s success. Elements like resource planning, benchmarking, and effort analysis require visibility and use of multiple ServiceNow modules. This session will focus on how and why Agile and PPM are used in tandem.
