Abstract:

The federal hiring process can be a lengthy and difficult process for many agencies to navigate. In 2015, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) turned to ServiceNow to automate the Federal hiring process and achieve faster and easier hiring. In this session, we'll share NIST’s journey in developing a custom HR recruitment application in ServiceNow, along with the improvements made to the federal hiring process. You'll discover how implementation of the recruitment application led to improved transparency on action status, communication, access to real-time data, and faster and easier hiring.
