Abstract:

This session covers how the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) uses Performance Analytics across all of their ServiceNow projects. You'll learn how NIST created a single Performance Analytics dashboard accessible from their portal to highlight data from their agreements, HR recruitment, acquisition, and billing departments. Using interactive filters, executives are able to quickly get an overview of the overarching data for all projects, as well as their individual division, while restricting their access to sensitive data. This session will review both the challenges and resolutions that the development team had with gathering requirements and creating a universal layout.
