Abstract:

Client centricity and digital transformation are top strategic priorities that will guide the company in the coming years. The ITBM implementation, internally named “IU Click,” is expected to accelerate the time to market for both services and products, resulting in the satisfaction of customer requirements and lean agile implementation, which are at the center of bank decisions. “IU Click” is expected to save up to 70% of the operational time needed to manage the technology demands and promote shorter cycles of value deliverables.
