In this session, Justin Anonuevo, Lead Programmer at the University of California at Berkeley, will go through a service portfolio style guide to understand where to start when creating your service portfolio. He'll cover what a service portfolio is, how it connects to a service catalog, and how to structure and build a scalable portfolio. Join this discussion on how to handle certain situations that are common to education such as multi-tenant catalogs, and how to take a phased approach to deployment. The service portfolio here will serve to document what you do and how you do it. It will not be specific to ServiceNow, but the design and structure was built with ServiceNow in mind, using input from ServiceNow specialists.
