Abstract:
With a goal of consolidating multiple disparate legacy systems into a single SAAS solution, streamlining ITIL/ITSM framework and processes, improving productivity and reduce cost, RadialNow was implemented to ensure that Radial can support users of Radial effectively, efficiently and predictably to help them succeed. Radial IT landscape included multiple customer touch points, complex and disparate processes with low transparency and accountability. With RadialNow, Radial was able to overcome these challenges and deliver a solution which met the goal intended with being delivered in a record time. How did we do this and how did we achieve the perfection that we envisioned?
