Abstract:
Drawing on Tom Yeatts' experience as a county deputy CIO, this session will focus on the art of the possible - tailoring the CSM platform to a governmental organization, including complex case management across multiple departments and agencies. The end goal is a citizen-facing portal offering a one-stop shop for government interactions, with visibility into cases across the entire spectrum of government services.
