Abstract:
In their first year, Emera saw a 25% platform growth. As a result, they’ve been able to leverage the IT Service Management (ITSM) suite and Now Platform to extend their footprint into Enterprise Service Management (ESM) transformation. They'll discuss how two customized applications on the Now Platform became the incubator to demonstrate business transformation capability and success. The IT team has been able to transform from a cost center to a value center by becoming the centralized platform, and expanding the Now Platform into affiliated companies across North America. The team will speak about the fast time to market and value of work process automation.
