Abstract:
Best Buy shares how they organized and centralized integrations by building and deploying a global API framework on the Now Platform. This gave secure, configurable access for numerous vendor-controlled bots to all IT Service Management processes. This approach not only automated tasks but decreased incidents and problems, leading to overall improved change compliance.
