Abstract:
Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is the Hub, for the Northern Europe, growing from the current 25 million travelers to 40 million a year, in just two years. Using ServiceNow, CPH has managed to make the Airport a hassle-free environment for airlines, travelers, and people working at the airport everyday, by automating ALL processes through ServiceNow. In this session, you will learn, how far the platform reaches, from airport employees requesting a work-shift, ordering a fire prevention course, searching security policies, to report an error on an elevator. Approx. 26000 employees have access to the CPHNOW portal and use it every day. The session will explain how to manage the governance around requirements and design. All areas of the airport have been automated through ServiceNow, so if you look for, NON-IT showcases, this is your session.
