Abstract: We created programs to empower our customers to directly influence how ServiceNow drives change to the way we provide service and support. This steadfast customer-first approach has improved our customer’s online support CSAT to 81%, reduced our low-priority case volume by 20%, and resulted in a 50% reduction in median time to relief for all customer issues.
