Company(s): MIT Sloan School of Management

Abstract:

MIT Sloan School of Management is regarded as one of the top business schools in the U.S., serving MIT faculty, staff, and students pursuing graduate-level degrees from world-renowned faculty. As a small IT organization, they were challenged with finding and building value on the ServiceNow platform for a close-knit community.

In this session, MIT Sloan will share how to build value on an enterprise-level platform with fewer than 50 process users. They'll discuss how they solved IT business processes beyond ITSM using the Now Platform and custom applications, before growing ServiceNow to other service-oriented entities seeking more organization in delivering value to their clients.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Build value for smaller organizations using the ServiceNow Platform
  • Innovate IT and business solutions using custom applications on the Now Platform
  • Grow ServiceNow beyond IT, helping the business manage, organize and report on services
