Abstract:

When someone says that they want to digitally transform their business, what does that really mean? This phrase gets thrown around quite a bit, and for some it remains a mystery. What does end-state look like, what do they want to accomplish, how will they know they are digitally transformed, or how do they even measure it? How do you move from a low level of digital maturity to a robust level? In this session, we'll share ServiceNow's approach on how we're digitally transforming our business. It's not an overnight process, can take many iterations, requires change management, and the development of an integrated and collaborative process and approach. But the investment in time pays off in savings to your organization, improved customer, and employee experience. We'll share our framework, maturity score structure, and the qualitative and quantitive values we've realized across the enterprise through our digital transformation.
