Abstract:
Learn how the ServiceNow IT Operations Team is automating their cloud operations. In this session, see how ServiceNow uses IT Operations Management (ITOM) to enable auto-provisioning of cloud assets through a self-service portal, while maintaining complete control over their cloud environment. In additon, see how IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITOM are leveraged for the ongoing health of business services and rapid remediation in the event of a degredation of service. The result is reduced incidents and cost, elimination of human errors, increased efficiency, and acceleration of new services.
