Abstract: ServiceNow’s customer data center operations span 22 global centers, 100K+ instances, and 200K+ nodes. We will discuss how we are building and operating a multi-cloud infrastructure at scale using the Now Platform including ITOM, with a laser-sharp focus on maximizing availability, reliability, and visibility. Our journey started with CMDB as system of record and we used the power of ITOM, workflow and orchestrations to manage 100K+ instances. Come and learn how we run our infrastructure across private data centers and the public cloud at scale. We will also explore how we use complex workflows and automation such as Rack deployment, OS patching, Provisioning, and High-availability to achieve 99%+ reliability across all customer instances and reduce our operating costs in our cloud.
