Abstract: TAPCO manufactures and distributes traffic and parking safety solutions designed to increase safe travels for all. They set the standard for delivering reliable, cutting-edge traffic safety enhancements. In this talk, TAPCO and the ServiceNow Smart Operations product team will share how TAPCO is using IoT Devices and ServiceNow® Smart Operations combined with ServiceNow® Customer Service and ServiceNow® Field Service to provide, maintain and manage their Wrong-Way Alert Systems. TAPCO is using Smart Operations to remotely monitor their Wrong-Way Alert Systems, be proactively alerted to issues, have maintenance workflows automatically triggered, proactively notify customers of impacts and provide preventative maintenance.
