Abstract: Dreamworld, Australia’s BIGGEST theme park, is using IoT Sensors and ServiceNow Smart Operations to improve their Food and Beverage Operations. In this talk, Dreamworld, Enable (Elite level ServiceNow Partner) and the ServiceNow product team will share how they implemented ServiceNow Smart Operations and IoT sensors to gain remote real-time visibility into the status of their refrigerators, be proactively alerted to issues, have maintenance workflows automatically triggered, and satisfy their regulatory compliance needs.
