Abstract:
Customers in education and government are partnering with ServiceNow to develop an approach that will address the unique needs of service delivery in a public sector setting. The purpose of this working group is to share best practices for brokering digital services using the ServiceNow platform. We have bi-weekly meetings and share deliverables to achieve our objectives, while adhering to the IT4IT framework.
This panel discussion will outline our solution and respond to questions regarding our experience and challenges with digital service delivery.
