Abstract: This session will discuss a framework for supporting Performance Management initiatives within the enterprise. Many such initiatives fail due to lack of stakeholder buy in and alignment back to business objectives. KPI Composer is a new application from ServiceNow which is designed to provide a framework for tying KPIs back to an organisations objectives and stakeholders.
