Abstract: See the full lifecycle of operational events as they traverse our platform. In our goal to eliminate major incidents in our environment we needed to have an end-to-end solution to address the lifecycle of an event from monitoring to incident response to root cause analysis. IT teams spend many hours dealing with chatty monitoring solutions and less time working on actionable tickets. This leads to inefficiencies within IT Operations. We designed solutions that minimize manual effort for Major Incidents, provide CIO level visibility and allow for quicker root cause identification.
