Are you meeting with resistance as you embark on your HR shared services journey? Bumps in the road are not at all uncommon, especially with colleagues who are set in their ways and even afraid of losing their jobs. In this session, Gaylan Sankey, ServiceNow HR Shared Service Delivery thought leader, will share her experiences on what worked for her in socializing the concept of HR Shared Services.
