Abstract:
In 2018, Bissell experienced unprecedented growth and made an equally unprecedented decision to take a quantum IT leap forward to stay competitive. The ServiceNow journey began in 2017, but by early 2018 Bissell went all in and implemented all areas of ITSM, stood up a CMDB, enabled Discovery, and increased automation through ITOM.
