Abstract:
Everywhere you look, new is happening. Different is happening. From web-based ride-sharing to robotics and artificial intelligence, human innovation and digital technologies are changing everything from our commutes and our colleagues, to the type of work we do and how we get it done. Yet for all of the obvious signs of disruption we see in and around the modern workplace, resistance to change persists. The future of HR demands major shifts.
