Abstract:
The Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) is the quality and auditing arm of the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services. Ventech is the infrastructure contractor for CCSQ. Today CCSQ uses ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) to support five critical government program areas and four separate Service Desks on one production instance. Attend this session to find out how Ventech’s unique solution overcame significant challenges and implemented CSM to support over 1 million external customers (comprised of doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers), ITSM for internal customers (80 organizations), ITBM for project work, and ITOM to help manage the infrastructure.
