Abstract:
Adobe is a leader in delivering the tools creatives and companies need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences. With more than 19,000 employees globally, this past year was a critical turning point for Adobe, as the previous legacy operations platforms could no longer support or scale to meet the modern needs of their growing workforce. In this session, Adobe will discuss the challenges that existed within HR and IT, and how they plan to use Adobe’s content management solution, combined with ServiceNow IT Service Management, and HR Service Delivery, to deliver their next generation unified employee experience. Adobe will also share their enterprise wide strategy and vision for unlocking more productivity by having HR and IT work better together, using ServiceNow.
