Session Code: BRE0705
Presenter(s): Timothy
Company(s): US Citizenship and Immigrations Services (USCIS)
Abstract:
After building a contract management and review workflow, which managed over $1.5 billion in assets annually, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) was proud of their achievement. This simple application allowed stakeholders to hold project and program owners accountable by tracking their burn rates and comparing those to the submitted and approved roadmaps.
This application is only one of 13 required pieces that make up a total contract package. The capability to do more was right in front of them in the Now Platform. USCIS developed more than 30 stories in 14 days and has developed a comprehensive government contract lifecycle system that will enable an end user to create a demand, be guided through the package requirements, build the required artifacts, and then be able to submit to the contracting officer a complete procurement package — saving the contract and finance team untold hours of informal coaching. Come to this session and find out how they did it.
