Lone Star College's journey with ServiceNow started in 2011 and it continues to get better.  Each release of the Now Platform has added value, but the college's upgrade to London has provided more than any previous release. Lone Star College has rewritten the book on their processes, re-engaged customers, and improved alignment with their business units. This is only the tip of the iceberg.
