Hi @Sireesha M ,
The checklist with pending reviews is added to the My Pending AQI Checklists queue. When you want to complete the AQI reviews, navigate to Knowledge > My Pending AQI Checklists and complete the reviews.
Then this error won't show up.

Ok, @Community Alums I have been trying to do this... but I'm still trying to complete the AQI. Is it complete when Submitted? (I wouldn't think so, but have to ask) Can you direct me to an article/walkthrough that explains end to end how to create, complete and track the AQI? Apologies if it's obvious somewhere, I have not yet found the training article.
I'd like to update my KB with the New AQI, but cannot find out how to switch from the default, to the new one? On that note, I'm in Dev, and can start over with a new one, but thought I'd ask if I can modify the Default to the New AQI without needing to complete them all.

Hi @Community Alums Thanks for your information. I have another query, we have lot of pending checklists to complete it is not easy to complete all of them. So could you please tell me if there is any way on how to add AQI checklist to the knowledge base without closing them all.
