How can we make Knowledge articles fields editable?

Hi,

 

I want to modify some fields for knowledge articles but I am not able to edit the fields on the knowledge articles. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @ShwethaRedA ,

 

If Write ACL get fail user can not edit the field, or any ui policy applied to make the field ready.

check the field level write acl or ui policy for that field.

Hi @ShwethaRedA ,

Are you using Article Versioning? You may need to checkout the article to do a major vs. minor edit.  Please check out How to Edit Articles which provides more detail.
