Hi,
If you are woking on the instance later than fuji version, I believe you will be using Knowledge v3. I suggest to go through "User Criteria" to restrict the records based on the roles. There is a catch, the user criteria is available at Knowledge Base level.

I need only few articles need to restrict, is possible.

Hi - I know this is an older articles, bt we have successfully implemented security on KB Articles. We are on Jakarta, using Knowledge V3. The 'can read' on the individual article can be pointed to a specific criteria that you can setup.
Check the criteria module from the navigator - have a look at the ones provided in the base system, you can setup by role, group, user etc...
We only set a 'can read' and this automatically means others cannot read the article. If all articles inside a category are restricted, the entire category will not display - this is standard behaviour if a category is empty, but good to know.
