If you can only take the time to attend one of the two available Knowledge conferences for 2022, how do you pick one?
What will be different between Las Vegas and New York?

Same question. Also, I'd like to know if there will be any other add-on classes available other than the ServiceNow Fundamentals and ITSM fundamentals courses. My main interest is in these add-ons moreso than the conference itself, however I have already taken these courses and would like to know if there are any more.

Hi Philip - The events will be similar but just held in different areas of the country. Hope that helps!

Hi,
Just using history and being a realist, but...Las Vegas is going to be "THE" one you'd want to go.
That's where it's been hosted at several times before, that's where most want to go anyway, that's where they can probably host more people.
I believe ServiceNow is saying they will be mostly the same, but I find it a bit hard to believe that the same in-person sessions are being presented twice at both conferences. Unless none of the sessions are actually live, they're all recorded, and then just played and we're watching videos in-person...
I'm sure both will be great, don't get me wrong, but Vegas is the one I'm going to and would recommend.
Just my 2 cents 😉
