Knowledge16 event scheduler: Notes are deleted

Trying to export my notes on the events inside the K16 application.

Some notes seem "Unsupported" while others seem to be linked to event numbers.

Unsupported ones get deleted after I click it and get out of the note.

Besides the K16 application, I also tired to get the notes through the web application on https://knowledge16.servicenowevents.com/connect/mySchedule.ww , but it does not show any notes, only the events I attended.

Any help will be appreciated.

Notes are private to the user. Unfortunately, we can't help in exporting from backend.



The link between session and notes is broken and thus you see the "unsupported" message.   Apologize for the inconvenience.



Disappointing!


There was not any warning for being private.


Besides, I can not figure out the use of notes in the application if they can't get exported or e-mailed in a way.



My notes are not private. I have only 8 notes in the app yet.


If you can forward those to me in some way, I would appreciate your help.

Not a great solution, but since you only have 8, you should be able to copy them and then paste them into another application to use...


Notes which lost their link to a session do not allow any editing (neither select-copy-paste nor share), but only screen capturing.



Anyway, I hope the application will be better next year.
