Last year we were able to download the lab materials prior to the conference. This year I haven't been able to find the material on the K16 site. Does anyone know if and when this will be made available?

I don't think there is anything to download. We are going back to hardcopy at K16 based on customer feedback.

Pre-con training material is not available on On demand library. Only breakout sessions and labs.

That is correct. If we gave away our training material, it would dilute the value of coming to a course.

I agree with you, Chuck, except that those of us that paid for and attended the pre-conference courses should have gotten something to refer back to. This year's CMDB course was the first time I was not given any materials (not even a copy of the slides)

At the Service Portal class we got a 300 page book.
