Hi Team,
I am aware of the new field in knowledge base (article validity) which decide the default value of the valid to in knowledge article under each knowledge base. I however find it a bit confusing to understand what if the article validity of a knowledge base changes after publishing a specific knowledge article under the base. Will there be any effect on the valid to date for the published articles.
Regards,
Priyanka

I think this might help:
Valid to |
The date this knowledge article expires. Articles do not appear in search results after the valid to date, or if the valid to date is empty. The default value of this field is derived from the Article Validity field configured for the knowledge base. If Article Validity is not configured at the knowledge base level, the Valid to date set for the article is January 1, 2100. An article author or editor can select whether to keep or change the default date. When a new version of the article is published, the default date resets from the knowledge base configuration. |
