List of Jakarta changes and features?

At Knowledge17 there were a lot of times I heard the phrase "This is new in Jakarta." Is there somewhere all of these new features are listed in one place?

The documentation site has a updated list of the newest features by product, each release.

Currently Istanbul is the latest officially released version, so you will find the info here: Istanbul release notes

But once Jakarta becomes generally available, you will find a identical 'Jakarta release notes' page that will contain the consolidated information.
