Hi i need to be able to create a incident when a feedback is placed on a Knowledge article and that to be assigned to a person

Feedback Tasks ONLY work for Negative Feedback, and only on Feedback from the Service Portals. It will not work on any Feedback (Comments or Flag it) in the Native UI so it effectively a crippled solution.
