"Be the first to know about Knowledge 2022" link does not allow users to sign up for updates

Will the "Be the first to know about Knowledge 2022" (https://knowledge.servicenow.com/conference-announcement.html?cid=i:community:knowledge22:getupdates) site be update to sign up for updates? It currently appears to redirect to https://knowledge.servicenow.com/ with no ability to request updates.
