Knowledge 15
I have made a booking for report and performance analytics training, I have work a lot with "standard" reports scheduled and on dashboards. I'm interested to learn more of Custom reports and the possibility to change the X and Y -ax. (group reports with more than one choice)? is this the training choice for me or not?
I have been admin for 8-10 month now.

Hi Veronica! I know I answered you on your other question thread, Report and performance analytics training on KN15, right choice? but I wanted to add my reply here as well since there seems to be some confusion about Performance Analytics.
There is a Complimentary version of Performance Analytics (for Incident Management) included in the base ServiceNow instance beginning with the Eureka release. This version includes 2 Incident Management Dashboards and 15 pre-defined Incident Indicators.
In a nutshell, Performance Analytics captures snapshots of data on a regular basis for each KPI. Then, over time, you can visualize how those KPIs are trending. You can also add Targets and layer multiple KPIs onto the same gauge.
I'm a reporting nerd, so this feature is really exciting for me!
As you mentioned, we are offering a ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics course at the Knowledge15 Pre-Conference.
Also, I think you will LOVE the Scripting class! It's very popular.

I just wanted to clarify Lena's response. The free PA available in Eureka (and Fuji) for the Incident table provides "pre-defined" content. It cannot be changed, and as such, attending the PA class at K15, while introducing you to the great feature set that is Performance Analytics, would not then be useable on the free version available to customers.

The new Reporting and Performance Analytics in ServiceNow course actually spends 1/2 a day detailing what you can do with the Complimentary version of Performance Analytics. In that Module, you learn how to navigate within Performance Analytics, collect data, add Targets and Confidence bands to Scorecards, create Widgets, and edit Dashboards.
