Supporting Lab files for different Lab sessions

Hello,

I attended Knowledge17 and was able to access the Lab sessions on on demand library but I am unable to see the supporting Lab files like XMLs etc which are needed in order to complete the labs. It would be great if someone could help me with this.

I've sent a message off to a few key people who work with the personal developer instance and the "CloudLabs" instance that managed all the thousands of instances at Knowledge17. While I cannot promise anything in the near term, I have faith that they will consider a way to make an easy experience to get the right supporting files, plugins, etc. to do a lab outside of the Knowledge conference timeframe. If I hear anything, more, I'll let you know.

Hi Smriti,



The lab machines for Knowledge were preconfigured so when they spin up they have everything needed (update sets, demo data, etc.) The lab authors are responsible for the instance configuration. You may need to reach out to them.



I was told that the labs would be published to the community for attendees. If they do not include the supplementary data to make them work, then ping the community team (community@servicenow.com)
