I had the same issue where I could not see any of the K16 breakout sessions or labs. I sent an email to "community@servicenow.com" to explain my issue and within 30 minutes the issue was resolved and I could access the content. It turned out to be a permissions issue.
Please send an email to community@Servicenow.com with details of the email address you used for registering for K16. We need to update your permissions.
