I am trying to change the color of my header. I refer to the are where out company logo is sitting and which is currently black or dark purple. I have been trying for some while now but I am not able to locate how to go about. I am also quite new to ServiceNow and have mot technical background. Can anyone support please? Many thanks.

Thank you. I can proceed with the changes in diverse portals but I am not able to adjust my knowledge portal. I have not figured out why. If you have any additional idea it would be great. Thanks so much for your help.

I have now figured it out....soooo happy. Thank again much.

Thank you Rafael. I manage this way to change some portals but I cannot apply the change to my service portal which I am not sure why. If I put in the color white it remains in the dark green after refresh. Plus I had a bug now on the theme that was connected to my knowledge portal ;( Not sure how I will be able to fix this.
