get rid of grey

Can anyone help me how I can delete the thick grey line? The one sitting between the logo and text Theme Preview.

are you sure this is related to ServiceNow? Can you perhaps share a bigger area of your screen?

The logo, position of the text etc it doesn't look like ServiceNow much...

 It is the grey line above the image which needs to be deleted or white. Can you support on how to go about?
