ServiceNow's Knowledge Management platform for managing and publishing articles. Today ServiceNow doesn't have any functionality to comments and track changes on the document draft within ServiceNow, requiring our authors to copy content into a Microsoft Word document to tag changes and track revisions. This process is time-consuming and inefficient, as it requires reformatting of the document and can often take longer than the article edit itself. Any Suggestions for Tracking and adding comment's in redline

You can see/track changes in Workspace view, but I don't think you can comment. Unfortunately most of our approvers don't use that view.

Hi, I believe you are looking for a feature similar to the Microsoft Word Track Changes, so that the author can make changes, have them reviewed by peers, and upload to ServiceNow when ready. Yes?
Well, ideally the Draft > Review > Draft (again) > Review > Publish workflow cycle is made for this very purpose. Moreover, you can compare two versions of the 'draft article' out of the box from the Article Versions tab. Select two versions and choose Compare:
Anything more, I believe you are looking at a customization/plugin.
Thoughts?
