Alternatives to TinyMCE Editor

Have you done any configurations with the existing TinyMCE editor to get additional options?  Or, have you found another editing tool that you have enabled instead of TinyMCE and gotten better formatting options?  Like many of you, we have long struggled with formatting limitations with TinyMCE, especially with content pasted in from external sources like MS Word.  We are hoping that things are better with TinyMCE v5 introduced in Tokyo, but I'm also curious if anyone has swapped it out completely for something different and had a better experience?

Thank you!

Unfortunately, not all of the features in v5 are available in ServiceNow in Tokyo.  Particularly the advanced image options.  We ended up going back to v4 because of the image limitations alone.

Edit: They fixed the advanced image options in Tokyo P4

@Community Alums - When you say that not all the features are available in SN, is there anything else in particular (besides the Advanced Image Options that they seemed to fix)?  We are also upgrading to Utah from San Diego this week and I have seen the right-click context menu only having "Link" in the menu.  According to TinyMCE's website (Menu Items Available for TinyMCE), you can configure that context menu to show more options (like Cut, Copy, Paste, etc).  Will our developers be able to add those options to our menus?

I have not been successful in getting the right-click menu to show anything other than Link. You can override by using Ctrl-Right-Click and getting the standard OS right-click menu but not the Tiny MCE options. I would be interested if anyone else has had any luck with getting the right-click to work though!

I had to make config changes for all the v5 buttons to appear. I was unsuccessful in getting the embed video button to appear on the toolbar in Service Operations Workspace. SN Support says this is by design.
