I am in the process of reviewing the Amaze knowledge plug in. Has anyone else used it? Do you like it?
- Do we have any insights on the time or resources required to set it up fully?
- Are there any licensing costs? The monthly cost appears to be a “subscription fee.” What does this include?
- Does the monthly $2500 include any support?
- How often do they upgrade (versions) and how would that impact us?
Solved! Go to Solution.

We just implemented this last month actually. My two cents:
- It was extremely easy to install and set up
- You can pay monthly or yearly, There are no additional recurring costs other than the fee. There is an additional set up fee you can choose to pay for to have help setting it up and configuring templates. We decided to not partake and have been fine
- My experience with their support has been amazing. You create an account on their site
support.intellective.co and submit tickets there
- They provide version releases every couple of months that you will go to your plugin manager to install. We install in lower environments first for writers to test out and then push to production
- Our Tech Writers absolutely love the product
- Installing this created an issue with span tags </span> that I had to work with their support on and found it was an issue between Tiny MCE and Amaze that they provided a fix for

Yes, AI search will work as expected because Amaze creates and saves the content back in its original location so it works natively with AI search.

In the past, and heard it makes articles absolutely beautiful... but makes them completely inaccessible for AI Knowledge summarization and Knowledge Creation.

ServiceNow AI search was not very capable and closed off when it was first launched. It wasn't able to take anything that wasn't just text and provide meaningful extractions of it; nothing to do with Amaze really. It has since improved and we have not seen any issues from any customers with regards to search.
